Your quota of views
Sold Count tracks the number of times your widgets are displayed to visitors on your store. This is referred to as views, and your app plan includes a specific monthly quota of views. Here’s how it works:
How Views Are Counted
A view is counted each time a customer visits a page on your store and sees Sold Count widgets.
Every widget load contributes to your total monthly quota.
Quota Limits by Plan
Each app plan comes with a different monthly view quota.
Once your quota is reached, widgets may stop displaying until the next reset.
Monthly Quota Reset
Your plan’s view quota resets at the beginning of each month.
Any unused views from the previous month do not carry over.
Purchasing Extra Views
If you experience a sudden increase in traffic (e.g., during promotions or peak sales seasons), you can purchase extra views.
Extra views are a one-time charge and do not reset at the end of the month.
They remain available until fully used, ensuring your widgets continue displaying even when exceeding your plan’s quota.
Managing Your Quota
Check your current view usage in the Sold Count dashboard.
Upgrade your plan or buy extra views as needed to keep your widgets active.
