How to Test the Smart Page Load
Follow these steps to test how the page load improvement feature affects your store’s loading time:
Step 1: Deactivate the Function (Default State)
Before testing, make sure the page load improvement feature is turned off in the AI SEO app. This is the default state.
Step 2: Measure the Current Loading Time
Open your Online Store in a web browser.
Press F12 or Right‑click > Inspect to open the developer tools.
Click on the Network tab > Doc tab.
Visit a few pages of your store (e.g., product page, collection page) and observe the loading time shown in the Network panel. Note these times as your baseline.
Step 3: Activate the Page Load Improvement Function
Return to the AI SEO app > Smart page load page.
Enable the Page Load Improvement feature by click on button Activate Smart page load.
Step 4: Check the Improved Loading Time
Go back to your Online Store and reload the same pages used in your initial test.
Open the Network tab again and observe the new loading time.
Compare it to the baseline time; you should see a reduction in loading time, confirming that the function is working.
