If you're selling in multiple countries or markets, Sold Count can automatically translate widget content to match the language of your store visitors. This helps boost trust and conversion by speaking directly to your customers in their native language.

✅ Set Up Auto-Translation

Step 1: Open the Translation Page In the Sold Count app menu, go to Translation.

Step 2: Enable Auto-Translation Toggle the Auto-translation switch to ON.

This allows the app to automatically translate your widget content based on your visitors’ browser/store language.

Step 3: Add Translation Languages

  • Click the language selector and choose the languages you want to support.

  • Each added language will appear in the list.

Step 4: Activate Translations

  • Switch the Publish toggle for each language you want to activate.

  • Once enabled, your widget content will automatically appear in that language for users in relevant markets.

📝 You can always delete a language or turn off its translation anytime.

💡 Tip: Make sure your Shopify Markets are properly configured to serve international audiences. The app will detect visitor language based on Shopify’s localization settings.
